You may be asked to sign in to your Microsoft account if you haven’t already signed in with Windows.In the search box on the taskbar of your PC, type Phone Link. And then select the Phone Link app from the results.Make sure to have both your PC and Android device nearby, turned on, and connected to the same Wi-Fi network. It is recommended always to have the latest version of Windows installed to make sure you get the best experience with the Link to windows app. Your phone and your PC both need to be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
The Phone Link app requires the following to work: Read and reply to text messages with ease, view recent photos from your Android device, use your favorite mobile apps, make and receive calls, and manage your Android device’s notifications right on your PC. Voila, now all your notification will also be displayed on your PC.This link between your Android device and PC gives you instant access to everything you love. Next click allow when you see “Your Phone Companion” in the “Read App Notification” list. It’ll show you tutorial to connect the phone, you can follow that, which is giving access in the menu option in settings or simply click on open settings on your phone, which automatically open the desired menu in your phone. To get a real-time notification on the PC, click on the bell icon and choose to get started. This will show you a constant notification, “Connected to PC” and a disconnect option, whenever you don’t want both of the devices to sync. You will get prompt asking permission to connect it to the PC, just click allow. As soon as you log in from both your phone and PC, it seamlessly connects both the devices. Both devices need to be connected to the internet. So if you wish to change it, you can do that in the start menu, under Account Settings, else you can straightaway start using it. The app will automatically detect the account you’re logged in through in your PC. It asks whether your phone is Android or iPhone, let’s choose Android for our convenience. After Your Phone installs, launch the app.
